Shipping products as quickly as possible is our best effort. Orders typically go out in 7 days, so please allow 1–7 days for manufacture. As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may need some time from your bank or credit card company.
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at goldenlanka2023@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
